Job summary

CPM UK is seeking Merchandisers in the Porthmadog area for flexible, part-time merchandising work. Approx 4–6 hours per week at £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within two weeks after onboarding with long-term, ongoing work available.

Duties include visiting stores, setting up POS materials, replenishing stock, and building relationships with staff. You’ll cover Porthmadog and Pwllheli within 10 miles, with fixed days Tue/Thu/Sat and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Ideally have experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience with Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tue, Thu and Sat.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Confidently talk to store staff and build in-store relationships.
• Use of own car to transport materials and displays.
• Use of phone/tablet to report via our app.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures (gondolas, bays, shelving) confidently.
• Merchandise products in line with planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays to be eye-catching and easy to find.
• Negotiate extra display space to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
