Job summary

CPM UK is seeking Merchandisers to cover Kendal and surrounding areas. The role offers approximately 2–4 hours per week with potential for increased hours during busy periods, paid at £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay.

Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training, with long-term, ongoing work and flexible scheduling across Monday to Sunday (Tue, Thu & Sat fixed). Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience; owning a car is essential to visit local stores and transport

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience with Boots/department stores or premium beauty chains desirable.
• Own car required for carrying promotional materials.
• Flexible to work Monday to Sunday with fixed Tue/Thu/Sat visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of stores to complete merchandising tasks and audits.
• Set up POS materials and ensure planograms are followed.
• Top up stock and arrange displays to be eye-catching.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible.
• Report via app with photos and feedback.
