Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking Merchandisers to cover the Porthmadog area. 4-6 hours per week with potential for more during busy periods. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training.

Work flexible across Monday to Sunday with fixed days Tue, Thu and Sat. Ideal candidates have retail merchandising experience; own transport and reporting via our app are required. Join a role that offers ongoing work, exposure to well-known brands, and opportunities to take on additional CPM client

• Reliable, independent worker with own car for store visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit high street, grocery, and convenience stores to perform merchandising tasks and audits.
• Set up and refresh point-of-sale materials and displays.
• Refresh planograms and stock shelves to maximize visibility and sales.
• Report findings using the mobile app with photos.

Job description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Porthmadog area. Approx 4 - 6 hours per week

• (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial - supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.
• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.
• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.

• Exposure to working with well-known brands in store
• On-going training and support from your Area Manager
