Job summary

CPM is seeking Merchandisers in Blackpool, United Kingdom. The role starts with about 2–4 hours per week (holiday pay included) and may increase during busy periods. A car is essential, with flexible days across Monday to Sunday and fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

You will visit high street, grocery and convenience stores to set up POS materials, merchandise to planograms, and keep displays well stocked to drive sales. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience with planograms or retail displays is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours across Monday–Sunday.
• Use of own car for store visits is essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks and audits.
• Navigate fixtures and set up point‑of‑sale materials and displays.
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Top up stock and ensure shelves are well stocked to drive sales.
• Negotiate space for displays where possible.
• Some lifting and stock movement may be involved.
