HR GO Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded Merchandiser to join a growing eCommerce business on a fixed-term contract in Crewe, offering a salary of £40,000–£45,000 per year (pro rata). The role focuses on forecasting, stock management and profitability, with opportunities to collaborate across Marketing, Product and Finance teams.

The contract runs until 30 April 2027, with expectations to manage inventory investment and deliver data-driven commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising, merchandise planning or a similar commercial planning role.
• Excellent Excel skills and the ability to analyse large datasets.
• Strong commercial awareness with understanding of sales, margins and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage sales, margin and stock forecasts across product categories.
• Analyse trading performance to identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Create merchandise plans aligned with business objectives and budgets.
• Work with Marketing and Trading teams on pricing, promotions and stock requirements.
• Oversee demand planning, replenishment and stock availability.
