Job summary

Nokwol is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our London-area team and help drive merchandising across retail, eCommerce and wholesale channels. You will develop seasonal plans, analyze demand and manage stock intake while collaborating closely with the business owner and management team to meet commercial objectives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Merchandising, Planning, Product Management or a similar commercial retail role
• Previous experience within the fashion retail sector is essential
• Experience working across both retail and wholesale environments
• Comfortable working directly with business owners, directors or senior management teams
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent analytical and forecasting skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, ambitious and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

With ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months, we're now looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join us. Operating across retail, eCommerce and wholesale channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded merchandising professional who enjoys working closely with senior leadership, influencing product decisions, and driving business performance.
