Job summary

Nokwol is seeking a confident retail leader to head up our new Bluewater store in Dartford, commanding daily operations and championing customer experience.

You will lead the team, drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and contribute to Nokwol's rapid expansion. The store opens in the first week of October.

Salary Range: £45-55k

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Nokwol is entering an exciting phase of growth with an ambitious retail store rollout programme planned over the next 12-months. We are seeking a confident retail leader to head up our new Bluewater store. If you have a passion for footwear, fashion, and customer experience we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be a key part of our leadership team: driving performance, inspiring the team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. You'll be joining us at the start of our big expansion plans, so there will be plenty of opportunities for growth.
