This role involves building and developing client relationships to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence in sales, and the ability to manage clients, suppliers, and colleagues effectively. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
• Understand clients' goals and identify how the company can support them
• Provide exceptional customer service at all interactions
• Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and encouraging repeat business
• Proactively seek new business opportunities through various channels
• Coordinate with suppliers to source products meeting customer requirements
• Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with the in-house studio team
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Achieve sales targets set by the Merchandise Manager

• Previous experience in the promotional merchandise industry is essential
