About the role

The Field Sales team is a vital part of Dyson’s Benelux Sales Department. We seek a proactive, experienced sales professional eager to expand their skills in commercial and merchandising areas.

As a Field Merchandiser, you will:

• Drive product sales directly in stores and increase brand awareness within retailer locations.
• Work regionally within South West Netherlands, collaborating closely with your team.
• Utilize your hands-on approach, relationship-building skills, and training capabilities to implement Dyson’s sales strategies.

Note: This role requires regular weekend work and occasional evenings. The standard schedule is Tuesday to Saturday.

Accountabilities

• Increase sales growth in your region.
• Identify opportunities to boost Dyson sales with retailers and within regions.
• Support overall sell-out performance across all stores in your area.
• Analyze market data and insights to recommend improvements.
• Present weekly insights from your region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and managers.
• Perform in-store activities during weekends and promotional events.
• Ensure Dyson’s retail displays are well-maintained, tidy, and effective.
• Coordinate with retail operations teams for execution excellence.
• Conduct in-store training sessions on products and new launches.
• Assist with training and induction programs.
• Merchandise stores with appropriate POS materials and planograms according to SD standards.

About you

• Exceptional product knowledge.
• Experience in retail sales and merchandising.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
• Integrity and creative problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
