Kier Rail is seeking an MEP Technical Supervisor to support the Rail team nationwide in delivering high-quality M&E installations. You will oversee quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on site, acting as the client’s on-site representative to ensure works meet drawings, specifications, and standards.

In this role you will monitor M&E/E&P installations, conduct inspections, maintain site records, and coordinate with subcontractors.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in M&E building services, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning.
• Knowledge of current building regulations and health & safety requirements.
• CSCS card or equivalent site safety certification and Testing and Commissioning qualification (C&G 2391 or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring and inspecting M&E/E&P and SISS installations to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Conducting routine and ad hoc inspections, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintaining detailed site records, including inspection reports, site instructions, and progress photos.
• Overseeing, witnessing and verifying testing and commissioning activities to ensure system performance meets design intent.
• Acting as the link between the Construction Responsible Engineer and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination.
