Job summary

Bettys & Taylors Group is seeking an experienced MEP Technical Services Manager to lead the Group Property Services team in Harrogate. You will direct MEP services across a diverse portfolio, ensuring safety, compliance, efficiency and future readiness.

You will provide expert technical guidance, oversee statutory programmes, support capital projects and shape long-term asset investment strategies, while developing a high-performing MEP team.

Qualifications

Significant experience in a senior MEP/Technical Services/Facilities Management role.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Experience managing maintenance programmes and asset lifecycle planning.
Good understanding of UK building services legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead MEP services across multi-site property portfolio.
Provide technical leadership during incidents and business continuity events.
Oversee compliance programmes and capital projects.
Develop and coach the MEP team.
Collaborate with Sustainability, Health & Safety and operations teams.
