Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced MEP Technical Director to lead and grow our Building Services team in Newcastle. You will drive high-quality delivery, shape the MEP offering, and build lasting client relationships while supporting work-winning strategies.

You will lead a high-performing team of engineers and technicians, oversee complex multi-disciplinary projects in the UK, ensure technical excellence and profitability, and promote innovative design approaches.

Qualifications

• Ideally a mechanical or electrical engineering qualification at HNC/HND/Bachelors or Masters level.
• Chartered engineer status or working towards membership with a relevant institution.
• Experience delivering large-scale multidisciplinary building services projects in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the MEP team and oversee complex projects with delivery excellence.
• Support work-winning strategies and build long-term client relationships.
