Ernest and Florent in London are seeking an ambitious MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their established team. You will work on a variety of projects across commercial offices, data centres, healthcare and residential, handling pre and post contract services from estimating to final accounts.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, have MEP/ME experience in a consultancy, and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and proactive collaboration

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience as MEP/ME Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy.
• Pre and post contract experience including valuations and final accounts.

Responsabilités

• Support a range of pre and post contract services including estimating and tendering.
• Deliver cost reporting, valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts.
• Develop expertise in MEP cost management while building client relationships.
• Work across sectors such as offices, data centres, healthcare and residential.

A specialist M&E Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to appoint an ambitious MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their established London team.

The MEP Quantity Surveyors Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious MEP Quantity Surveyor to develop their career within a specialist M&E Quantity Surveying practice.

You'll support a variety of projects across sectors including commercial offices, data centres, residential, healthcare, education, transport and major infrastructure. Your responsibilities will span a range of pre and post contract services, including estimating, tendering, cost reporting, valuations, variations, subcontractor accounts and final accounts.

The successful MEP Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure to technically complex projects, with the opportunity to develop your expertise across M&E cost management, while building strong relationships with clients.

This role would suit an MEP Quantity Surveyor who wants to specialise in building services, enjoys working in a commercially focused environment and is keen to develop alongside experienced industry professionals.

MEP Quantity Surveyors Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
• Experience working as an MEP / M&E Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment
• Both pre and post contract experience
• Knowledge of valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts
• Commercially aware, organised and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive team player with a desire to develop professionally
