Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies, safety standards, and maintain project records.
• Support the MEP Agent with cost management and programme prep.
• Manage and mentor site engineers to ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with commercial teams on measurement and payments.
• Allocate labour, plant and materials with MEP Agent.
• Flag potential commercial or contractual risks to the MEP Agent.
• Oversee material orders and supplier relationships for timely delivery.
• Supervise subcontractors to meet company policies and standards.
• Promote Ferrovial values in interactions with stakeholders.
• Prepare daily briefings and maintain a site diary.
