Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management within the construction industry (civil).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication across clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Applied commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Site management duties and safe delivery of the project.
• Ensure strong commercial performance.
• Produce accurate monthly reports for the Client and internal stakeholders.
• Chair weekly site meetings and coordinate with procurement and site teams.
• Develop and implement project management plans in line with company procedures.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to improve project outcomes and reduce costs.
