Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions in London is seeking an experienced MEP coordinator to support a Revit-based project initially, then a mix of CAD and Revit work. You will produce drawings and coordinated models for Building Services, liaising with the design team to keep coordination tight.

This outside IR35 contract offers £40-£45 per hour DOE, with five-day-a-week availability. The initial three-month window will run through a busy project period, after which workload will vary across Revit

Qualifications

Experience with Revit MEP on Building Services projects.
Experience coordinating MEP design information.
Ability to produce coordinated models and drawings.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Support the coordination and production of MEP design information across Building Services projects.
Initial project will require strong Revit capability, followed by a mix of CAD and Revit work.
Work closely with the wider design team to produce accurate drawings and coordinated models; identify potential design issues and ensure mechanical and electrical services are integrated.
