Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions in London is seeking an experienced MEP coordinator to support a Revit-based project initially, then a mix of CAD and Revit work. You will produce drawings and coordinated models for Building Services, liaising with the design team to keep coordination tight.

This outside IR35 contract offers £40-£45 per hour DOE, with five-day-a-week availability. The initial three-month window will run through a busy project period, after which workload will vary across Revit

Job description

The position will initially focus on a Revit-based project for approximately one month, before moving into a varied workload combining AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

This is an Outside IR35 opportunity offering £40-£45 per hour DOE, with five-day-per-week availability required.

The Role

You'll support the coordination and production of MEP design information across a range of Building Services projects.

The initial project will require strong Revit capability, followed by a combination of CAD and Revit work as project requirements develop.

You'll work closely with the wider design team to produce accurate drawings and coordinated models; identify potential design issues and ensure mechanical and electrical services are effectively integrated.

What We're Looking For

• Strong Revit MEP experience
• Previous MEP coordination experience
• AutoCAD or AutoCAD MEP capability
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical Building Services
• Experience producing coordinated models and technical drawings
• Ability to identify and resolve coordination issues
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Availability to work five days per week
• Candidates whose AutoCAD skills are slightly less recent may still be considered, provided they have a strong overall coordination background and are comfortable returning to regular CAD-based work.
