Job summary

Pertemps TM is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Coordinator to join the Northampton-based drawing team. You will support production and coordination of detailed MEP models and 2D drawings for high-end residential, student accommodation and hotel developments.

The role requires intermediate to advanced Revit MEP skills, plus AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks Manage experience. A strong eye for detail and team collaboration is essential for success in this office-based position.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Revit MEP
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AutoCAD MEP
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Navisworks Manage
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health building services
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM processes
• Experience in Building Services or wider construction industry
• Good understanding of MEP modelling and coordination
• Strong attention to detail and thorough approach
• Proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed MEP models and 2D drawings
• Coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services within project models
• Collaborating with Engineering and Technical teams to support model production
• Using Autodesk Construction Cloud to support document management workflows
• Ensuring modelling work aligns with ISO 19650 and CAD standards
• Maintaining high accuracy and quality across modelling work
• Supporting the project team with technical coordination and model information
• Addressing modelling or coordination issues promptly
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment
• Maintaining QA standards in modelling work
