Job summary

We are working with an established main contractor in Central London seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their head office team in Holborn, supporting commercial activities across multiple projects.

The role covers estimating, tender analysis, procurement, contract drafting and cost control for mechanical and electrical packages. Must have 3–6 years’ experience and be within commuting distance of Holborn.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years within a building services contractor
• Relevant degree level qualifications
• Based within commutable distance of Holborn

Responsibilities

• MEP estimating and cost planning for mechanical and electrical packages across projects
• Tender preparation and analysis of quotations to support competitive bids
• Procurement and subcontractor management, securing suitable packages
• Drafting and administering MEP subcontract agreements and purchase orders
• Commercial management and cost control, budget tracking and variation assessments
