Job summary

Aldwych Consulting is recruiting an MEP Quantity Surveyor in London to join its cost management team. You will provide specialist commercial and cost management advice on mechanical and electrical packages across a varied project portfolio, working closely with clients and design teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP / building services required.
• Experience in a construction consultancy or related environment.
• Strong commercial and cost management skills.
• MRICS status or working towards chartership is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist commercial and cost management advice on mechanical and electrical packages.
• Cost planning, estimating, procurement and tender management.
• Tender analysis, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams and contractors.
• Prepare cost reporting and forecasting.
