Job summary

Gold Group Limited in Birmingham is seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage procurement, cost reporting, and final accounts on a major infrastructure project. You will oversee subcontractor packages and ensure commercial performance while maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor or M&E Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor or specialist subcontractor.
• Strong understanding of the NEC contract and sound commercial management skills.
• Experience managing subcontractor packages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced project environment.
• Relevant construction-related qualification (HNC/HND/Degree).
