Job summary

INDALL is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile infrastructure project in Birmingham. You will manage commercial delivery, lead procurement and support project teams to ensure value and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a main contractor environment.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects (industrial buildings, logistics hubs, utility facilities).
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial delivery of major subcontract packages.
• Lead procurement activities and subcontract negotiations.
• Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts and CVRs.
• Manage change control, compensation events and variations.
• Monitor project risks and opportunities.
• Prepare, submit and agree interim valuations.
• Manage subcontractor accounts through final accounts.
• Provide commercial leadership to project teams.
• Mentor junior commercial staff as needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
