An exciting opportunity has arisen for a MEP Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading main contractors, working on one of the most significant infrastructure projects currently under construction in the UK.
Based in Birmingham, you will play a key commercial role in the delivery of a series of high-value headhouse structures and the associated mechanical and electrical works that will form part of the projects critical operational infrastructure. These complex buildings will house essential systems including ventilation, fire suppression, telecommunications, power and other key equipment to ensure the safe operation of the network once it becomes fully operational.
This is an excellent opportunity for a MEP Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a landmark project with long-term career prospects, gain exposure to a major infrastructure project and the support of an industry-leading contractor.
Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project from procurement through to final account, ensuring the best possible commercial performance whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.

Experience working on the construction of industrial buildings, distribution centres, logistics facilities, plant buildings, utility structures or similar complex construction projects would be particularly beneficial.
