An established industry player is seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to lead a dynamic site-based team. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Job Summary:
The MEP Project Manager leads the site-based MEP execution team and ensures that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work are executed to the highest standards. The role involves managing schedules, resolving technical issues, maintaining compliance, and ensuring completion within budget and time constraints. This role requires advanced knowledge of MEP project management, strong communication with stakeholders, and fluent Arabic and English.
Area of Responsibility & Brief Description of Activities and Expected Output:
Location: Dubai - Damac Hills 2.
Qualifications & Certifications:
Mandatory: BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Preferred: PMP Certification or equivalent in Project Management
Languages: Fluent in Arabic (Mandatory) and English
Experience:
Mandatory: 10–15 years of MEP project management experience, preferably in the construction industry
Proven record of delivering complex MEP projects on time and within budget
Skills & Competencies:
Technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting systems
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
Knowledge in local authority regulations and standards (DEWA, DM, etc.)
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
Job Demands (Total 100%):
Office Work: 30% (Meetings, reporting, planning)
Physical Work / Site Presence: 70% (Site coordination, inspections, supervision)
