Area of Responsibility:
- Specification of Reynaers products to architects and specifiers.
- Efficiently track all projects from conception to order.
- Target main contractors and secure open spec projects.
- Identify and secure ongoing projects for Reynaers fabricators nationwide.
Market Knowledge:
- Maintain continual personal and company updates on market conditions and requirements.
- Be conversant with competitors and their products.
- Be fully aware of existing and potential customer base.
- Understand regional variations regarding product suitability.
- Provide constant feedback on market information and changing trends.
Administration:
- Maintain systems and submit reports on time, ensuring standards of performance.
- Keep customer records concise on Sales Force.
- Maintain records of customer correspondence.
- Submit required monthly reports punctually.
- Ensure adequate stocks of all relevant sales aids.
Sales Skills:
- Develop and utilize sales skills to achieve optimum results.
- Consistently use, develop, and refine selling skills.
- Set clear objectives before each call.
- Ensure availability of relevant selling aids.
- Build and maintain rapport with customers.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively through demonstration and presentation.
- Overcome objections and gain commitment effectively.
- Track and secure ongoing projects.
Product Knowledge:
- Fully understand all relevant company products and meet performance standards.
- Interpret product features into customer benefits.
- Recall and reference product information during sales calls.
