We are seeking two experienced MEP Project Managers to join our team for projects north and south of Birmingham. These positions are suitable for candidates based around Birmingham, Wolverhampton, South Birmingham, and Coventry.

What You’ll Do
- Preferably have a Mechanical background/bias, with a good understanding and ability to manage Electrical trades.
- Experience in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.
- Consult closely with the site construction team and manage specialist MEP trades, BMS Systems, Smoke Ventilation, Sprinklers, etc.
- Knowledge and experience of incoming Mechanical & Electrical Services.
- Hold and chair regular design review and progress meetings.
- Understand programmes, produce project schedules, measure ongoing site progress, and develop short-term plans.
- Capable of understanding drawings, specifications, and design details; able to procure plant and sub-contractors accordingly.
- Produce monthly reports covering progress, cost, programme, quality, and Health & Safety.
- Provide quality reports and assist the MEP commercial team with monthly cost reports.
- Manage client and sub-contractor variations.
- Attend client, team, and contract review meetings.
- Assess sub-contractor RAMS and quality plans.
- Ensure work faces are available in accordance with the programme.
- Manage Operating & Maintenance manuals.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years project experience, preferably from an established MEP business.
- ONC or HNC Building Service qualification or equivalent experience.
