Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Project Manager located in Birmingham. The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of MEP projects, managing project budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, and handling project submittals. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the installation of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plumbing and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to handle submittals and budgeting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Birmingham and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to travel nationwide visiting client sites as required
