Job summary

Taylor and Fraser seeks an experienced MEP Site Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related building services on healthcare projects, ensuring coordination with architects, engineers and subcontractors, and adherence to contract documents, drawings and specs.

You will lead MEP teams, manage planning, commissioning and handover, drive safety and quality plans, implement BIM coordination, and work with commercial teams to monitor costs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing MEP works on construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review MEP design plans, drawings, and submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants and engineers to resolve design issues.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and BIM clash detection.
• Develop detailed MEP project schedules and monitor progress.
• Forecast and mitigate delays and bottlenecks.
• Forecast and control MEP project costs and manage invoices.
• Procurement and management of MEP equipment and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance per project plans.
