Job summary

Involve Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to lead MEP delivery across projects, from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.

You will provide technical leadership, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure buildable, safe, and fully compliant solutions. Candidates should have proven MEP management on design-and-build schemes, strong communication, and experience coordinating specialist supply chains.

• Maintaining accurate project information and the “golden thread”.
• Providing clear technical leadership and challenging where safety, quality or compliance are at risk.

A well-renowned regional contractor is looking for an experienced Building Services Manager / MEP Manager to lead the successful delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health services across a range of projects. This is a key role, providing technical leadership from pre-construction through to commissioning, handover and aftercare — ensuring MEP solutions are safe, compliant, coordinated, buildable and delivered right first time.

You're be responsible for:
