Job summary

ODGroup is a leading office interiors and fit-out company based in the City of London, seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager for our Major+ division to oversee technical aspects of our projects, ensuring design coordination, compliance, and seamless integration of MEP services on high-profile commercial fit-outs.

You will lead the technical team, review drawings, manage buildability, advise on variations, and ensure documentation and HSE standards are met across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Technical Services Manager or similar in commercial fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficient with Procore, AutoCAD, Revit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design coordination, MEP integration, and technical compliance.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts for feasibility and quality.
• Provide technical guidance to Project Managers and subcontractors.
• Lead meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Coordinate MEP installations, testing, commissioning.
• Ensure documentation, method statements, risk assessments up to date.
• Maintain QHSE protocols and ISO standards on projects.
• Support commercial team with technical input on variations.
• Ensure smooth handovers with full technical documentation.
