Role Overview:

Develop and maintain design standards for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update building design criteria and guidelines.
• Document and standardize engineering specifications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Evaluate sustainable design solutions and assess energy efficiency opportunities.
• Analyze building performance data to optimize systems.

Design Review & Quality Control:

• Review design submissions for compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Ensure designs meet sustainability and performance targets.
• Validate engineering calculations.

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in MEP design.
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
• Experience with sustainable design principles and green certification processes.
• Proficiency in relevant design software.
