• Develop and maintain design standards for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Review and update building design criteria and guidelines
• Standardize engineering specifications and create technical documentation
• Evaluate and recommend sustainable design solutions
• Assess energy efficiency and optimize building performance
• Drive innovation in sustainable building practices
• Review design submissions for compliance and quality
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders
• Ensure sustainability targets are met

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in MEP design
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
• Experience with sustainable design and green certifications
• Proficiency in design software and modeling tools
