Job Description:

This is a 6-month remote position inside IR35.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain design standards for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Review and update building design criteria to align with industry standards.
• Create and manage technical documentation for design procedures.
• Evaluate and propose sustainable design solutions and energy efficiency improvements.
• Analyze building performance data to optimize system designs.
• Ensure design compliance through review and validation processes.

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in MEP design.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
• Experience with sustainable design principles and green building certifications.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and modeling tools.

• Daily collaboration with sustainability teams and stakeholders.
