Calling all MEP Contracts Managers with experience in the building services industry! We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

As an MEP Contracts Manager, you will be at the forefront of our projects, responsible for overseeing and executing a range of vital tasks. Your key duties will include:

  1. Estimating: Demonstrate your exceptional ability to accurately price projects, ensuring both feasibility and profitability. Your meticulous attention to detail, combined with your extensive industry knowledge, will be central to our success.
  2. Project Management: Take charge of coordinating all aspects of our electrical and mechanical contracts, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery. Your strong organisational skills and proven ability to manage deadlines will be essential in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Supervision: As a natural leader, you will proficiently collaborate with supervisors and oversee teams of engineers, electricians, and apprentices, offering guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high-quality work. Your capacity to inspire and cultivate talent will play a crucial role in nurturing a culture of excellence within our organisation.
  4. Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Health and Safety: Your commitment to maintaining a safe working environment will be paramount. With your astute knowledge of health and safety regulations, you will enforce best practices, produce RAMS, and guide our teams toward accident-free project completion.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Contracts Manager or in a supervisory role within the building services industry, working in prestigious buildings.
  2. Proven track record in estimating electrical and mechanical project costs with meticulous attention to detail.
  3. Extensive experience in project management, guiding teams toward achieving project objectives on time and within budget.
  4. Strong leadership skills, able to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  5. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Existing connections within the building services sector will be a significant advantage, enabling the ideal candidate to leverage their network to drive business growth.
