Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CLAIMS and CONTRACTS MANAGER with expertise in Claims and Contract Administration, ideally complemented by Quantity Surveying knowledge, for warranty, service, maintenance, and repair contracts related to wind farms across the UK and EU.
This role offers remote work with travel to sites and the EU as needed.
The projects involve Offshore Wind Farms, so experience with service and maintenance contracts in wind, oil & gas offshore, or power generation sectors is essential.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, notifying, substantiating, and resolving claims within these contracts, and enhancing claims awareness and competence within the client organization. You will collaborate with colleagues to prepare and follow up on claims, and promote training and awareness initiatives.
Strong self-management and team leadership skills are required.

Our client is a firm of claims and contracts consultants based in the EU.
Candidate Profile
You should be an experienced CLAIMS and CONTRACTS MANAGER with solid background in contracts management, administration, and claims handling, including contractual notices and claims compilation.
Ideal candidates will be degree-qualified, possibly holding an MSc in Construction Law or similar, and preferably chartered as a Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with extensive contracts and claims experience.
You must be capable of working independently, with excellent communication and client-facing skills. Experience with service, maintenance, and repair contracts in wind farms, power generation, or oil & gas projects is required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Training in the UK or Ireland is preferred.
Compensation
Salary is negotiable, ranging from GBP 85,000 to GBP 100,000 per annum, plus pension and benefits.
