Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. is recruiting an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to lead commercial performance on a landmark Oxford project delivering state-of-the-art laboratories.

You will oversee procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, change control and reporting, ensuring cost certainty and value. With extensive experience in MEP packages on large-scale, multidisciplinary construction, you will coordinate across disciplines, manage risk, and drive commercial decisions

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing MEP packages on large-scale projects.
• Coordinate multi-discipline packages and optimise budgets across complex schemes.
• Thorough understanding of procurement, contract administration and commercial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, change control and commercial reporting.
• Manage risk and opportunity to ensure cost certainty and value for the project.
• Provide strategic commercial guidance from pre-contract through to post-contract stages.
