Job summary

A leading M&E contractor is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their growing Manchester team. The role involves producing and maintaining building information models, holding coordination meetings, and liaising with engineers. Ideal candidates will have solid BIM experience with CAD and Revit, alongside excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Solid experience in BIM with CAD and Revit experience, ideally within an MEP environment.
• Ability to think outside of the box and be solution-oriented.
• Fantastic communication skills, especially with clients.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular coordination review meetings using 3D models.
• Produce drawings from 3D models.
• Work from engineers/designers' calculations.
• Maintain knowledge of all MEP systems.
• Visit sites to improve modelling and coordination.
