This role involves producing coordinated designs, holding review meetings, and ensuring compliance with MEP systems. Candidates should have solid BIM experience, as well as CAD and Revit skills, and be comfortable communicating with clients. Qualifications

• Solid experience in BIM with CAD and Revit experience, ideally within an MEP environment.
• Ability to think outside of the box, solution-orientated.
• Fantastic communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular coordination review meetings using 3D models.
• Produce drawings from 3D models for design, installation, and manufacture.
• Maintain working knowledge of MEP systems for compliance.
• Visit sites to improve modelling and coordination effectiveness.
