Job summary

A leading engineering and services firm based in Leeds is hiring a BIM Coordinator to produce and maintain building information models for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have solid BIM experience, preferably in an MEP environment, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and the wider construction team. Qualifications

• Solid experience in BIM with CAD and Revit experience, ideally within an MEP environment.
• Ability to think outside of the box and solution oriented.
• Fantastic communication skills, capable of guiding clients with limited BIM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain coordinated building information models/drawings.
• Conduct regular coordination review meetings using 3D models.
• Produce drawings for design stage, installation, and manufacture.
• Maintain knowledge of all MEP systems for optimized coordinated solutions.
• Visit site to enhance modelling and coordination effectiveness.
