Join a globally recognised engineering consultancy where your expertise will directly influence high‑impact, technically complex projects across multiple sectors.
As a BIM Coordinator within our growing MEP team, you will play a central role in delivering high‑quality digital design outputs across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working to the latest UK BIM Framework standards, you will support the production and coordination of Revit models, AutoCAD drawings and associated deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
You will collaborate closely with engineers and the wider BIM function to drive efficient, coordinated building services designs across sectors including defence, healthcare, education, commercial and industrial.
You will ensure that MEP designs are fully coordinated, buildable and aligned with project requirements. By maintaining high standards in model quality, data integrity and compliance, you will help deliver projects efficiently while minimising risk and rework. Your contribution will directly enhance project outcomes, enabling seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and supporting the successful delivery of technically demanding schemes.
Strong experience using Revit and AutoCAD is essential, with additional exposure to tools such as Navisworks, MagiCAD or Solibri beneficial. You will have a solid understanding of MEP systems and their installation, ideally with some site experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload are key. Eligibility for SC clearance is required.
This role is based in Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh with hybrid working available. You can expect a flexible approach to working patterns, typically combining office collaboration with remote working. Travel to office and site locations will be required, with opportunities to support projects across the UK.
In alignment with the Equality Act 2010, we will make reasonable adjustments to support candidates and employees requiring additional arrangements. This could include adaptations to work schedules, training approaches, or the physical workspace. Please inform us if you need any accommodations during the recruitment process or in your day‑to‑day role.
