• Experience in residential development projects and commercial real estate.
• Ability to mentor junior solicitors and trainees.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate land acquisition deals, option agreements and related documentation.
• Advise on brownfield regeneration schemes and JVs with RPs or public sector bodies.
• Supervise 0-3 PQE solicitors and a trainee solicitor; provide training and supervision.
• Contribute to client training and business development events.
