Qualifications

• 6 years' PQE or more; associates with 4 years' PQE considered.
• Residential experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate land acquisition deals and agreements.
• Support property developers on brownfield regeneration schemes.
• Supervise junior solicitors and trainees.
• Organize client training and business development events.
