BCL Legal seeks a Real Estate Lawyer (Residential Development) in City of London to join a leading team handling complex land acquisitions and development work for major housebuilders and developers.

Applications are welcomed from Associate or Senior Associate level Solicitors with at least 5 years' PQE, and a strong background in land acquisitions, development agreements and joint ventures. Expect a collaborative, market-leading environment.

Qualifikationen

• You ideally have residential development or commercial development experience.
• You have land acquisition and development transactions experience.
• You have experience with development agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements.
• You have experience with joint ventures and collaboration agreements.
• You have experience with strategic land matters.

Aufgaben

• Advising on complex and large-scale land acquisitions across England and Wales.
• Negotiating and drafting collaboration agreements between developers.
• Handling disposals of service parcels.
• Advising on funding arrangements for residential developments.
• Managing strategic land options and option agreements.
• Supporting major urban regeneration projects.
• Working closely with planning, construction and litigation specialists to deliver a seamless service to clients.
