Qualifications

• 6+ years' PQE within a reputable residential property practice.
• Experience handling high-value residential transactions.

This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of high-value residential property matters, advising high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, family offices, developers and private clients across a broad spectrum of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Acting on high-value residential sales, acquisitions and financing matters.
• Advising landed estates, private property companies and investors on the management of residential and mixed-use property portfolios.
• Supporting private client and family law teams on tax-driven restructuring, matrimonial property matters, probate assets and private lending arrangements.
• Advising developers on the acquisition, development and sale of residential sites.
• Handling leasehold enfranchisement and Right to Manage matters.
• Working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships.
