We are seeking a Mental Health Worker to make a profound impact on our students. The school is located in Headington, and the position is available to start as soon as possible.

Role Overview

As a Mental Health Worker, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will ensure that all students receive the individualised guidance they need to thrive academically and personally.

Your responsibilities include working with students aged 4-16, engaging with them, and supporting the class teacher in delivering tailored support based on each child's unique learning requirements.
