Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

We are seeking a Mental Health Social Worker to complete Care Act Assessments, Reviews, Safeguarding, and Care Coordination under the CPA Framework.

The role involves managing a caseload of 25 clients and participating in a Duty Rota, which may include screening, triaging, and handling new referrals.

You will be part of an integrated Mental Health and Wellness Team.

Essential criteria:

• Degree in Social Work
• SWE Registration
• Right to work within the UK

Must-have qualifications:

• A professional qualification in social work
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced DBS/Update service
• References covering the last 5 years of employment
