You will work within an MDT of psychological professionals, delivering CBT-informed care to individuals with severe mental health needs and engaging in supervision and service development.

Qualifications

• PG Cert MHWP or current MHWP trainee
• Experience with CBT-informed interventions is desirable
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychologically informed interventions aligned to CBT principles
• Assess suitability and plan care with service users
• Set collaborative goals and monitor outcomes
• Engage with service users with empathy in distressing circumstances
• Attend clinical supervision and MDT meetings
