Our Dumfries and Galloway resource centres are based in Dumfries, Annan, Castle Douglas, Newton Stewart & Stranraer. We are looking for a mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners to join our community based services in Stranraer (hub based).

You’ll support people experiencing poor mental health or mental illness to build confidence, resilience and stronger connections within their community, providing practical, person centred support focused on what matters to each individual.
