Job summary

Change Mental Health is seeking a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our community-based Hub in Invergordon. This role focuses on facilitating group activities, providing 1:1 support, and helping clients set personal goals.

The successful candidate will work Tue/Wed 10am-4pm and Thu 10am-3:30pm with flexibility. Permanent, part-time position in Murray House, Invergordon, salary pro-rata £24,521.15.

Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week

About the role

Change Mental Health is looking for aMental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our community-based Hub in Invergordon.

Our Hub provides a welcoming, non-clinical space where people can connect with others, build confidence and resilience, and improve their mental health and wellbeing through group activities, peer support and recovery-focused opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

You'll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the Hub, working directly with people experiencing poor mental health or mental illness.

Your work will include facilitating groups and wellbeing activities, providing person-centred 1:1 support, helping people develop achievable goals and personal plans, and connecting people with wider community support. You'll also build relationships with local organisations and help make sure everyone accessing the Hub feels respected, included and heard.

We're looking for someone who can build positive relationships, work confidently both independently and as part of a team, and bring an empathetic, strengths-based and recovery-focused approach to their work.
