Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking a Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (Hub Based) in Stranraer. You will work across 1:1 and group settings to promote mental health and wellbeing, helping clients identify goals and create practical plans.

Role requires experience in person-centred, trauma-informed care with good workload management, and the ability to work weekday hours with occasional evening or weekend shifts. Training and flexible working are supported.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering group activities and one-to-one support.
• Approach based on person-centred, trauma-informed care.
• Desirable SVQ Level 2 and SSSC registration, or willingness to work towards them.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays 9am–5pm, with occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support and group activities to service users.
• Engage with the community and support goal setting for wellbeing.
• Help individuals develop personal plans and practical coping strategies.
